Dogs on Deployment promotes responsible pet-ownership and the military-pet community by providing an online resource for military members to search for volunteers who are willing to board their pets while they're on deployment. For our latest heart-warming "SAVE." go to ADOPTABLE PETS page, click on petfinder, and read Hanz's story. Special thanks to volunteer, Megan Cremeans, for finding this wonderful boy. Thanks, also, to the officer who held Hanz after his "time was up."
Since our founding six+ years ago, we have made special efforts to save those animals that have little hope of getting a second chance and a forever home. This remarkable boy is the embodiment of our primary mission! We will shortly add Hanz as our "Featured Pet" and add the story of his progress to our blog. Every day his eyes say to us, "LIFE IS GOOD!"
